About Tina
Hello! I’m Tina Layton, a registered dietitan nutritionist and certified diabetes care and education specialist licensed in multiple states. My experience spans outpatient nutrition counseling, pediatric and adult care, and remote patient monitoring. Across these settings, I’ve helped people understand their health and find practical ways to care for themselves.
Diabetes is personal to me. Several members of my family live with diabetes, so I understand how much day-to-day management can ask of individuals and families. That connection shapes the compassion and encouragement I bring to my work.
I’ve also served as president of the New Hampshire Association of Diabetes Care and Education Specialists for two years and have been on the board for eight years. As the author of two nutrition books, I enjoy making nutrition information clear, approachable, and useful.
Healthcare can feel complicated. I bring years of experience navigating healthcare systems, a willingness to listen, and a commitment to helping you find your way forward. Together, we’ll build a plan that fits your needs, your goals, and your everyday life.
